September 11, 2013 – MISSION VIEJO – Erick Castro’s eyes brimmed with tears, his voice broke with emotion: “It’s like winning the lottery three times in a row.”

The “lottery” came in the form of dozens of volunteers, who descended on the Iraq War veteran’s home to help renovate the front and back yards and remember the victims of 9/11.
