On November 9, OneOC was honored by Litmos by SAP with the 2018 Lenny Award for "Best Not-for-Profit Training Program." 

The Lenny Awards honor innovative, inspiring, and winning Litmos use cases across any industry or company size. 

Thanks to the implementation of Litmos, OneOC has not only been able to meet the needs of our clients, but also expanded our reach to nonprofits outside of Orange County, that don’t have a local training provider. This online training platform has provided flexible scheduling for attendees not able to make regular face-to-face trainings; and has allowed OneOC to move some learning topics online, such as our Volunteer Management Certificate, and so much more.
