Nonprofit Solutions Strategist

The Nonprofit Solutions Strategist acts as an external organizational development strategist for nonprofit leaders in the Orange County market. The position will also serve as the subject matter expert for the OneOC Organizational Development Department and be responsible for the development and integration of OneOC’s organizational development programs and multiple related projects to achieve strategic business goals, including acquiring new business, and operational objectives.
