About Earth Day
Earth Day (mid-April) is celebrated around the world, and OneOC is pleased to observe this day with volunteer projects that focus on preserving and beautifying Orange County’s environments. As part of Earth Day, OneOC also supports Global Youth Service Day, engaging our youth to improve our communities — this day and every day. Individuals, families, groups and companies can easily participate in this national initiative in collaboration with the HandsOn Network.

OneOC Family Service Team (FST) projects are designed to provide children and their families a simple and organized way to build volunteerism into daily family life. Teams of family volunteers serve together as part of our national Days of Service, having fun for a good cause, while learning about the importance of giving of their time and talent to make a difference in our community. Projects that meet Family Service criteria will be denoted by FST in the title. Individuals can create their own Family Team (please add FST at the beginning of your title) or join a Public FST Team at any time.
*FST- Please note: These projects meet OneOC’s Family Service Team (FST) criteria. FST service projects are designed to provide children and their families a simple and organized way to build volunteerism into daily family life.
